You were so patient when I was choosing my dress and all your advice was just spot-on. Thank you for helping my bridesmaids with their gowns even while one was in Australia and the other was pregnant – just amazing care from the beginning to the end.

The flower-girls dresses were so cute and we were all so happy, that even the mother of the bride AND groom came to buy their outfits from you and they were not disappointed either. You had so much choice to try and a variety of colours. Your service is outstanding and your personal care is something not found in most other shops. Even to the little details of all the accessories you were so patient and helpful….making sure everything co-ordinated!!

As I got married abroad, thankyou for packing all 8 of our dresses so safely into our travel boxes and also for your help when we came home in getting them cleaned.

There are not enough THANKYOU’s in the world that I could give you for helping to make our day so special.

Just want to say a massive thank you to both Linda & Kay. Not only did they provide me with the most perfect dress, but the service was outstanding.

My bridesmaid's dress' also my mums dress was fab couldnt have asked for more friendly helpful staff I am so grateful for everything they both did to make my wedding so perfect, I would recommend chic n elegant to any bride to be reading this. Linda will tell you the truth if she doesnt think something suits she wont just sell you something for the sake of making herself money she takes pride in making her brides look the best, and by god she does a excellent job at it.

I went to a few wedding dress shops in swansea before here and none of them provided the help and support to the standard of these ladies. I really cant thank them enough Linda even came to dress myself and my bridesmaids on the morning of the wedding what more could a bride ask for nothing is to much trouble for chic n elegant staff.

Dressed The Bride 2 bridesmaids 2 flower girls 1 mother of the bride 1 mother of the groom. WE ALL LOOKED FAB.

The moment I walked into Chic & Elegant I instantly knew that this was the shop I’d buy my dress!

Firstly the selection of dresses there were outstanding, I didnt dislike any of them ! But the main reason I chose this shop was the fabulous owner Linda ! she made my experience of choosing and buying my wedding dress one that you’d hope for, personal and caring.

I felt that from the moment I walked into the shop to when I chose my dress, and then at every fitting, etc, I was given Lindas full attention, not fobbed off once I’d chosen and paid for my dress, like some other bridal shops can do.

I would definitely recommend at least a visit to this gem of a shop, no doubt you will be as pleased as I was when I did, as I found the perfect dress, and service there.

My first time to Chic and Elegant was in 2007 with my best friend who was getting married and I was one of her bridesmaids. We had been to a number of bridal shops but were not happy with any of the dresses shown or the service given by the assistants.
On first walking into Chic and Elegant Lynda and Kay made us feel comfortable and relaxed straight away, they are amazing and really do know what their talking about....honestly listen to them!!
The Dresses were so perfect they looked amazing.

I then got married August 2009, and of course I went straight down to Chic and Elegant for my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses, I had no intention of going anywhere else as I completely trusted them.
When I arrived they we so excited for me it made me even more excited if that was possible, Lynda asked what colour had I chosen to wear and as soon as I said White she got all excited, a dress had come in and when they had held it up they knew it was perfect for me. As soon as I seen the dress I was completely overwhelmed it was amazing and everything I had dreamed of, it made me feel like a princess.

I would recommend this shop to anyone - the service is exceptional and the dresses are amazing. I was convinced that i wouldn't find the sort of dress that i'd want, but after spending only half an hour with Linda i'd found my dream dress. Thank you so much for helping me out, and making me look like an actual princess!!!

Just do what Linda says and don't fight it! Having been disillusioned in so many shops where help was non existant, or where everyone stocked the same dresses, I walked into Chic and Elegant expecting more of the same. But Linda was fantastic, enthusiastic and told me she had my dress the minute I walked through the door. And she did
Linda was so helpfull attentive and friendly I cant say how much she added to the whole experience, helping with accessories and giving advice and help on flowers and flower girl dresses.
I cant recommend Linda highly enough

Linda is AMAZING !! After visiting a number of shops, & being pushed towards dresses that i did not like or were not right for me i found Linda at Chic & Elegant.

I was left to look at my leisure and found the perfect dress, immediately i fell in love but Linda advised me to try on a few more and be sure and even go away and think about it...I did buy that dress in the end as I knew it was the one. The shop was very smart and I instantly felt relaxed with the friendly service.

I have recommended you to all me bride to be friends... a few have already been in and also ordered. I know they will be pleased with the same service I got.
