I chose this shop purely on the comments, I have to say that they are all true! You really do get a personal service and I don’t mind that what I wanted didn’t suit me. That honesty helped me chose a beautiful dress that I felt amazing in. I’m so glad I came to a shop where it’s not about making money but about giving someone a dress they not only like but look good in. I am taking my bridesmaids as soon as I get an appointment. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I visited bridal shops in London, Cardiff & Mumbles before I visited Chic & Elegant but I wish I’d gone straight to Linda. I recommend Linda to everyone as you won’t find a friendlier welcome or better advice anywhere else. Linda was so lovely I really miss visiting her at the shop now that the wedding excitement is over!

I would like to say the biggest thankyou ever to Linda for all the help and advice that she took the time to give leading up to our big day, our wedding was on the 4th June 2011 and our perfect day was a big part down to Linda and her attention to detail, it was fantastic and ensured that nothing was left short of perfect, nothing is to much trouble for her and she will always go the extra mile to ensure that you are absolutely happy. From the first time that we walked into her shop we new that was the bridal shop that we wanted to use, the warm greeting that we recieved and the complete feeling of calm, there was no pressure sales talk and the feeling of just being another number so to speak, we were made to feel special and important and she listened to every worry and idea we had.
Linda has a way of making you feel completly calm and at ease at a time of panic and stress and she gives you the imediate feeling that everything is in hand and under control. The dresses were absolutly stunning and fitted perfectly, once again I can not thankyou enough for all your help.
If you are getting married dont waste your time running around all the other bridal shops as we did intially, this is the only shop you will need with a beautiful selection of wedding gowns and dresses and Linda’s years of experience together with her wonderful warmth and caring attention to detail you cannot have anything other than the most perfect wedding day ever just as we did.
